I recently installed a smart Thermostat myself and for the past month heating was working fine, yesterday the weather got so hot I turned the thermostat to COOL but the condenser wouldn’t turn on, I knew it was something wrong with the wiring I did, I spent hours trying to figure out the wiring and eventually gave up. I found ASM online and gave them a call, the guy said he will come and take a look at it, within the hour he came with his buddy and them two found the issue within minutes. They were quick, professional and it was job well done.
